I built an AI chief-of-staff for myself. Today I'm giving away the recipe.

It's one prompt. You paste it into Claude Code, it interviews you about your job, and it builds a personal "AI operating system" shaped to how you actually work — one that remembers what you're doing, reads your real mail and calendar, drafts in your voice, and gets a little sharper every time you correct it.

No code. No config. If you can use email and a calendar, you can use this.

I'm not selling it. A system like this is locked behind technical fluency right now, and that's the only reason most people don't have one. The prompt is free and public; copy it, read it, change it.

Works with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Read-only by default — it drafts and proposes, and nothing gets sent without your OK.
